Everyone was so nice.

Did not have to wait long and was asked if I wanted to replace filter before they did it.

The phone charger still does not work. Maybe it’s my apple phone but it does the same as before. It’ll when I set phone down, it will charge for a few seconds then stop. Any other ideas?

Things went perfectly. I took the Sierra in for oil change and tire rotation and when it was finished they called me and I took the car in for the same service. Extremely pleased.

They were short handed that day and still made time to look at my entire vehicle before we left out of town. They didn’t have to check it out but they did and that just shows us that they care and take pride in the work they do despite not having enough employees.

I have recommended it to my husband who purchased a Yukon from Paul I have also recommended it to my friend Summer who will also be signing paperwork at the end of this week with Paul. I really value Paul and his option. I feel like he is not just trying to sell a vehicle but he wants to make sure it is the right fit and that I leave happy with what I purchased at the end of the day. He never makes me feel rushed to answer any questions that I might have when I call him. I cant say enough positive things about him.

Very quick, simple and great experience!

Brought my 22 GMC in because of codes coming up check engine, service traction control it started missing or shaking on the highway. Came in none of the codes came up, I feel like it;s going to leave me stranded. As a widow I have no idea about engines. Will I be back? Probably.
